FSDH ASSET MANAGEMENT APP
FSDH AM APP has been designed to provide the following services to customers
On-boarding of new users:
After download, the customer is taken through the on-boarding process and customer details are populated from the BVN. Image and additional documents required (i.e. means of identification, utility bill, etc.) are to be uploaded
Investments:
Customers are able to make one-off purchases investment products and additional purchases of several investment products.
Status Review:
Customers are able to view their current status and transaction history on the platform. A digital statement can also be generated on the platform showing past subscriptions and redemptions on each of the investment products owned by the customer
Terminations/Redemptions:
Customers are allowed to liquidate part or all of their investments on the platform and transfer to their Cash Management Account or directly to their bank accounts
Customer Service Enquiries/Complaints:
Customers are able to make service complaints, rate the app, and make other requests on the platform
Profile update:
Customers are able to change their PIN, passwords, reset security questions and answers and update other profile information on the platform
Transaction Security:
One of the features of the app is a 2-factor authentication that ensures secured transaction, therefore, customers’ credit/debit card details are secured
